These properties are owned and managed by Kevin and Joey Nels.

Kevin's family has over 50 years of experience owning student rentals in the Student Neighborhood. Kevin is the third generation Nels to manage houses in the student neighborhood.

Joey received her Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Dayton. Joey lived on Lowes Street during her undergraduate years and has fond memories of her time at UD.
